BCI Acrylic Inc. is seeking a highly organized Remote Project Coordinator to support our Production Team by ensuring remodeling projects move smoothly from start to finish while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role requires coordinating multiple projects remotely for U.S.-based clients, maintaining clear communication with homeowners, installers, and internal teams, and keeping all records up to date in our CRM and project management systems.

Formación

• 2+ years of remote Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Client Success, or Account Coordinator experience.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, schedules, or client accounts remotely.
• Strong customer service and client communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multiple remodeling projects simultaneously.
• Schedule installation appointments with homeowners and installation teams.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, installers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Order materials and monitor delivery timelines.
• Process project documentation accurately and on time.
• Assist with financing paperwork and project documentation.
• Collect and record customer payments.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and project issues proactively.
• Follow up with customers throughout the project to ensure an excellent experience.
• Maintain accurate records within our CRM and project management systems.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, and Installation teams.
