Las Vegas Remodel & Construction is seeking a Remote Executive Assistant to support leadership in contractor sourcing, business development, and permitting coordination. The role focuses on assisting with an ADU construction program, organizing project information, and tracking feasibility and approvals.

You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and municipal departments, maintain detailed spreadsheets, and help develop relationships for new projects.

Formación

• Must have reliable internet and remote workspace.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience as EA, Operations or project coordination preferred.
• Background in construction or real estate-related sourcing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Research, identify, and prequalify subcontractors and trade partners.
• Coordinate bid collection, pricing, and vendor outreach.
• Maintain organized directories of contractors, vendors, and plans.
• Assist with permitting, site feasibility, and project tracking.
• Support calendars, emails, meetings, and leadership updates.
