Hyre is seeking a highly organized Remote Project Coordinator to support our domestic Project Management team. You will oversee administrative, documentation, and scheduling lifecycles for assigned projects from initiation through closeout, working remotely with domestic PMs to meet objectives on time and within budget.

You will coordinate documentation, meetings, planning, scheduling, material tracking, and reporting.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or construction/related industry.
• Strong knowledge of general construction documentation, contracts, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Review project documentation within 48 hours of sale to outline scope.
• Attend virtual pre-bid and project meetings to take notes and prepare packets.
• Assist in creating project plans and schedules at least one week before start; update weekly in PM software.
• Coordinate material orders, verify quotes against budgets, and assist in cost tracking.
• Generate and submit change orders and RFIs within 48 hours of notice; track progress weekly.
