BCI Acrylic Inc. is a remote, full-time role based on Pacific time coverage, supporting set appointment confirmations for a remodel-focused sales team.

The role emphasizes courteous communication, routing efficiency, and client satisfaction as the company expands its Southern California remodeling operations. This position offers 40 hours per week with tiered pay: $4/hour for the first 2 weeks, $5/hour from week 3 to month 6, and $6/hour thereafter, with performance-based progression and a focus

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership/Training experience is a plus.
• Logistics or dispatching experience is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Confirm appointments with customers.
• Plan and manage routing for set appointments.
• Answer inbound and make outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate sales team schedules and communications.
• Send text/email updates to clients and sales team.
• Minimize appointment cancellations.
• Reset and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Review sales results and address discrepancies.
