Hyre is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Virtual Assistant to support home services operations remotely. This 100% remote, full-time role involves handling service requests and dispatching field technicians, with a clear growth path and competitive pay.

You will communicate with US-based clients in English, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with field teams to ensure timely appointments. A noise-free home office and reliable internet are required.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or dispatching in a service industry.
• Hands-on with ServiceTitan and scheduling tools.
• Excellent English communication with US clients.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work remotely with a noise-free home office.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries with a 2-minute SLA response.
• Dispatch service technicians and optimize schedules/routes.
• Log service requests and update records in real-time.
• Communicate service status and delays to clients.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
