You will manage a dedicated team, ensure high standards in recruitment processes, and directly engage with clients to provide updates on progress. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruitment leadership, strong analytical skills, and expertise in Google Workspace. This role offers a fully remote work environment while maintaining core business hours in Colombia.

Formación

• Proven experience in a leadership or coordinator role within recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Expert-level comfort with advanced Google Workspace spreadsheet management, Slack, and various recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage sensitive candidate data and ensure compliance with security and government constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily activities of the recruitment team, aligning with company goals.
• Maintain a hands-on role in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Track and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) for team success.
