Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to overdue clients and document outcomes in Filevine daily.
• Process phone payments and record in Filevine and Invoiced.
• Log all payments in the daily payment tracker with zero misses.
• Update overdue client list in real time with contacts, payments, and promises.
• Prepare contracts, apply payments, set up payment plans and maintain records.
• Answer general inbound calls and triage; achieve 80%+ answer rate.
• Negotiate debt recovery amounts to support timely collections.
• Resolve client account concerns with professionalism and clear communication.
• Report collection activity daily and contribute to strategies.
• Process refunds and offboard clients per procedures when assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and communication standards.
