Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Customer Care Associate for a fully remote role handling collections, retention, and sales. The position involves outbound calls, live chat support, and preserving a positive customer experience across memberships and payments.

It requires strong communication, resilience, and the ability to balance service with sales opportunities. The role offers a fully remote arrangement with a monthly salary between $900 and $1,300, US dollars, and an Eastern Time work

Qualifications

• Previous phone-based experience in collections, retention, sales, or customer service.
• Confidence handling difficult customer conversations professionally.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain persistent and professional when customers decline an offer or initially say no.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to customers with past-due accounts and secure payment commitments.
• Handle cancellation inquiries and apply approved retention offers.
• Monitor live chat and respond to customer questions in real time; identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate notes and manage customer records in CRM and ticketing systems.
