The Ward Law Group, a recognized award-winning personal injury law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Closing Auditor to join our accounting team. You will review client-level accounting and closing packages, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of every closing statement.

Responsibilities include auditing closing packages, uploading documents to Litify and OneDrive, attaching signed closings, managing deposits in QuickBooks, and supporting lien negotiations.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Audit closing packages daily and update status for next-day processing.
• Rename and upload scanned closing packages, trust checks, and client advances.
• Attach signed closings and releases to client files.
• Respond to emails in the shared Billing inbox.
• Verify and record deposits in QuickBooks; resolve variances.
• Review trust balances; resolve discrepancies with teammates and attorneys.
• Support attorney lien negotiations by reviewing statements.
• Generate payroll and benefits reports and handle inbound shipments.
