Job summary

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lien Resolution Associate to negotiate medical balances and move settled cases toward disbursement. You will manage a high-volume caseload, ensure accurate records in Litify, and coordinate with attorneys to finalize settlements.

Requirements include two years of plaintiff personal injury reductions experience, bilingual English and Spanish, and proficiency with Litify.

Qualifications

Two years of hands-on plaintiff personal injury reductions experience in a U.S. law firm.
Experience negotiating with hospitals and medical providers, able to explain strategies and results.
Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
Experience managing a high-volume reductions caseload from balance verification through written agreements and closing coordination.

Responsibilities

Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision.
Review medical bills, verify balances and obtain supporting docs.
Submit reduction requests and obtain written confirmation of negotiated agreements.
Maintain records of balances, negotiations, and case status in Litify.
Coordinate with attorneys and closing staff to prepare files for settlement disbursement.
Meet targets for negotiated reductions, turnaround times, and accuracy.
