Huzzle recruitment client is seeking a high-performing Sales Professional to own the revenue engine for a fast-growing AI-powered marketing and automation agency. You will close deals for done-for-you marketing services with local businesses and drive growth from the ground floor.

This player-coach role offers remote work, uncapped commissions, and a clear path to leadership as the team scales. You will blend AI tools with human strategy to deliver measurable results for multi-location clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a closer with high close rate.
• Deep familiarity with GoHighLevel and marketing automation tools.
• Fluent English, strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience handling high-volume outbound calling and busy demo calendars.
• Self-motivated to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle sales from prospecting to demos and close.
• Close tiered marketing/automation packages from $495 to $3,997/month.
• Manage sales pipeline in GoHighLevel with timely follow‑ups.
• Explain complex marketing automation solutions in clear, value-based terms.
• Upsell clients to higher-tier packages as success is achieved.
• Collaborate with Founder to refine scripts and strategy.
