Job summary

Castleberry Media seeks a hands-on marketer who thrives in ad platforms, automation, and AI-driven growth. You’ll own paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms, and drive lead generation through autonomous systems that turn form fills into conversations within minutes.

You’ll build automations with Zapier/Make/n8n, manage follow‑ups via WhatsApp and email, and keep data flowing between ad platforms, CRM, and messaging.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years running marketing, hands-on not just agencies
• Proven experience running paid ads on LinkedIn and Meta
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier/Make/n8n) and CRM/email/WhatsApp automation
• Interest in AI: using AI tools daily and building agents/workflows
• Understanding of APIs and how tools connect
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Descript)
• Fluent English; Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms
• Supervise the AI agent that optimizes and uploads ads and take over when needed
• Build and maintain automations to capture leads from multiple sources
• Keep data flowing between ad platforms, CRM, messaging and email tools; fix issues
• Design content and growth experiments; join sales calls with prospects
