Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter and Hiring Coordinator to manage the full hiring, credentialing, and onboarding cycle for Licensed Behavior Analysts. This role supports remote work and requires fluency in English and Spanish or Mandarin.

You will source candidates, verify certifications, coordinate interviews and offers, track credentialing steps, and ensure seamless cross‑department onboarding with HR, clinical, and IT partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and healthcare credentialing.
• Provider credentialing and Medicaid status knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS and HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified Licensed Behavior Analyst candidates through approved channels and review resumes against role requirements.
• Verify BCBA certification, LBA licensure, NPI, and Medicaid status as applicable.
• Maintain candidate profiles, recruitment stages, and credentialing notes in the ATS (Zoho).
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and documentation; manage onboarding with cross‑department teams.
• Initiate and track credentialing processes and compliance checks (E‑Verify, OIG, etc.).
• Prepare weekly recruitment and onboarding reports and safeguard candidate confidentiality.
