CoreBridge Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Outsource Admin & Talent Specialist to support client communications and recruitment tasks remotely from Colombia. This role involves managing candidate interviews and coordinating schedules with U.S.-based clients.

Formación

• Prior experience in administration, recruitment, or HR coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with U.S.-based small businesses is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial screenings and interviews of prospective candidates.
• Collaborate closely with U.S.-based small business clients to clarify job requirements.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and draft routine correspondence.
• Proactively identify workflow gaps in recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling processes.

Conocimientos

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail

Tech-savvy and proficient with email, spreadsheets, and common office software

Proactive, self-motivated attitude
