SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader delivering secure customer and technical support in 60 languages across 30+ countries. We are seeking a Customer Support Consultant to thrive in a multicultural, multilingual environment from your home office.

You will deliver outstanding support via phone, email, and chats, manage inquiries, and build strong customer relationships while adapting to evolving tools and client solutions.

Formación

• Excellent English and Spanish communication (C1+ for speaking and writing).
• At least 1–2 years in a customer support role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical thinking and research abilities.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries and build lasting relationships.
• Stay current with client solutions and internal tools.
