Formación

• Must be based in Argentina with English & Spanish proficiency.
• 2+ years in high-volume customer service or call center work.
• Experience handling inbound calls and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Remote work setup with reliable internet is required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls in English and Spanish.
• Provide product, pricing, and website navigation guidance.
• Manage orders, tracking, returns, and warranties.
• Resolve cases promptly within the ticketing system.
