Sezzle is seeking a Customer Agent to join a dynamic, fast-paced team in a remote role based in Bogotá, Colombia. You’ll troubleshoot, document, and resolve customer inquiries with empathy across email, live chat, and phone, helping users understand Sezzle’s payments and services.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer support, fluent English and Spanish, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask. A bachelor’s degree and experience with Zendesk/Jira are a plus.

Formación

• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• 3+ years of customer support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; software support a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clear, prompt, empathetic support via email, live chat, and phone.
• Resolve basic to complex inquiries and document solutions.
• Build trust and collaborate with the support team.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Development teams.
• Identify trends and suggest improvements for customers.
• Maintain a customer-focused, high-quality service mindset.
