Sezzle LA is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support Colombia operations, handling device inventory, Google Workspace, and MDM deployments. You will be the main IT contact and ensure timely end-user support with strong security awareness.

Required 2–6 years in IT operations, fluent English, and experience with Jira. This contractor role offers monthly USD compensation and opportunities to grow within a fintech context.

Formación

• Fluent English is required for collaboration across teams.
• 2–6 years of relevant IT operations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with AI/LLM tools (Claude or equivalent) is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of cloud productivity suites and device management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as IT Operations point of contact for Colombia operations.
• Manage device inventory, Google Workspace administration, and MDM implementation.
• Provide end-user IT support with strong ticketing discipline (Jira).
• Maintain awareness of security and changes across the app stack.
