Amazon is hiring a Customer Service Associate for Colombia to work from home supporting US-based customers via phone, chat, and email. You will handle orders, deliveries, product questions, payments, and site guidance with expert training provided.

This full-time seasonal role requires 40 hours weekly with variable shifts, including weekends. An equipment package is supplied, and a friendly, customer-focused team awaits.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have the right to work in Colombia.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts including weekends within 06:00–23:00.
• Quiet dedicated workspace with desk and chair at home.
• Reliable high-speed internet wired (10 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up).

Responsabilidades

• Answer inquiries from US-based bilingual customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Resolve issues, provide information, and guide customers through orders, deliveries and payments.
