TTEC is hiring a bilingual Chat and Voice Customer Service representative in Bogota, Colombia. You will handle customer inquiries via chat, text, email, and social media, delivering compassionate product guidance and issue resolution to elevate the customer experience.

The role emphasizes written communication, multi-screen computer usage, and a customer-first mindset as you support a variety of brands and channels.

Formación

• 1 year or more of related customer service experience in retail, banking, contact center, customer electronics and/or similar fields.
• Impeccable written and spoken communication skills including grammar and spelling.
• Recognize, apply, and explain your knowledge of products or services.
• Computer literacy, including the ability to manage multiple screens.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming communications from customers.
