Amazon is hiring a Customer Service Associate to work remotely from Colombia. You will respond to US-based bilingual (English/Spanish) customers via phone, chat, and email, and use internal tools to resolve orders, deliveries, and product questions.

Training is provided, and you must maintain quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Hours vary with a minimum 40 hours per week across shifts; holidays may be required with compensation.

Formación

• Must be able to work in Colombia with the right to work.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Good computer skills and reliable internet connection.
• Availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat and email for US bilingual customers.
• Use tools to research, navigate, and resolve issues while maintaining quality service.
• Gather and share information to prevent issues and protect delivery performance.
• Deliver a courteous, accurate, and timely support experience.
