Resolv Global is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Experience Specialist to join our on-site team in Barranquilla. You will support customers across phone, email, and live chat, handling memberships, orders, payments, and general product questions.

Ideal candidates communicate fluently in English and Spanish, show empathy, and can switch between languages to meet customer needs. On-site role with a weekly pay schedule and contractor terms are offered.

Formación

• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, BPO, contact centers, sales or retention.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work on-site in Barranquilla.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with account and membership inquiries.
• Support membership retention and cancellation requests with empathy and clear communication.
• Help customers with orders, order status, tracking, and coupon codes.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Document interactions accurately in the systems.
