Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections or similar financial roles.
• Experience handling invoices, payments, balances, payment plans, and client records.
• Comfort with proactive outbound phone follow-up regarding missed payments and overdue balances.

Responsibilities

• Prepare trust disbursements under attorney direction.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and recurring account issues.
• Manage client-facing financial relationships from engagement to final payment.
• Communicate with clients behind on payments to resolve issues.
• Track payments until resolved, including rescheduling or escalation.
