SnappyCX, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Senior Medical Billing & RCM Specialist to manage U.S. billing workflows in a fully remote setting.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with at least 3 years of direct U.S. medical billing experience. The role covers claims submission, denials management, AR follow-up, and payer communications across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, using CPT/ICD-10-CM/HCPCS and typical EHR/EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in U.S. medical billing.
• Direct experience supporting the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle.
• Experience with CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS and claims submission.
• Experience with denials management, AR follow-up, and payer follow-up.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with professional communication.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and clearinghouses.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day U.S. medical billing and revenue cycle activities.
• Prepare, review, and submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Review patient accounts for billing accuracy and apply CPT/ICD-10-CM/HCPCS as needed.
• Identify and correct billing and coding errors and manage denials and appeals.
• Perform AR follow-up and reconcile payments with patient accounts.
• Communicate with payers and maintain compliant billing documentation.
