Job summary

Valatam is seeking a high-performance Bilingual Account Executive (Outbound B2B) to own the full sales cycle for U.S.-based clients. This 100% remote, full-time role is ideal for experienced sales professionals in Latin America who can consistently hit revenue targets through consultative selling.

Ideal candidates are natural hunters with a proven end-to-end sales pipeline track record and comfort in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years B2B sales experience, preferably outbound.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of meeting/quota attainment.
• Experience selling to U.S. market and managing end-to-end sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle outbound sales from prospecting to closing.
• Execute multi-channel outreach to connect with U.S. decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and accurate revenue forecasts.
• Conduct consultative selling to present BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant solutions.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and HR to ensure candidate placement and client satisfaction.
