Valatam is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist / Outbound B2B Specialist to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—for U.S.-based clients. This is a 100% remote, full-time position for experienced sales professionals in Latin America.

You should excel at cold outreach, target achievement, and consultative selling, with the ability to build a strong pipeline and collaborate with recruitment and HR to align client needs with candidate placements.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years B2B sales (remote/outbound preferred).
• Hunter mentality with cold outreach and pipeline building.
• Strong consultative selling and quota attainment demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales Management: prospecting to closing.
• Outbound Lead Generation across multi-channel outreach.
• Hit daily/weekly KPIs (e.g., 60+ calls/day or 2+ discovery calls).
• Conduct deep discovery calls to present tailored BPO, staffing, or VA solutions.
• Maintain CRM discipline with accurate revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and HR to align client needs with placements.
