A dynamic company in Colombia is looking for a Business Intelligence Team Leader to drive data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will guide a team of analysts, focusing on delivering impactful analytics and insights across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power BI, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex problems into clear solutions. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with a strong background in mentoring and stakeholder management.

Formación

• At least two years of experience in BI/Analytics delivering dashboards and insights.
• One year leading analysts or acting as a technical lead/mentor.
• Production experience with Power BI and Google BigQuery.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR to keep job profiles current.
• Maintain reusable datasets and report catalogs.
• Build and review Power BI semantic models and visuals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Coaching and mentoring analysts

Technical proficiency in Power BI

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or equivalent
