Hyland is seeking an Analytics Engineer to provide clean data sets and model data to drive business insights from a remote Colombia-based position. You will partner with business users to answer critical questions through data-driven analysis and maintain data pipelines and transformations.

This role requires strong SQL, data modeling, and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift) and BI tools (Looker/Mode/Tableau/Power BI).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience on a data team as a data engineer or data analyst.
• Strong SQL and data transformation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and design analytics outcomes.
• Model, design, and implement data structures to meet reporting needs.
• Configure ELT tools and orchestrators to build a cloud data warehouse.
• Provide day-to-day support for the data warehouse and data marts.
• Coordinate with data engineering, governance, and IT teams for change management.
• Improve data quality and test transformations for accuracy.
