WPP Media is seeking an experienced Senior BI/Analytics lead in Colombia to improve marketing efficiency through robust reporting and data delivery. You will partner with local BI teams and offshore staff to develop dashboards, perform data quality checks, and support data integration across platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics/BI, hands-on Power BI, and strong communication. Hybrid remote work is supported; the team values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Formación

• 5+ years in analytics/BI with large datasets (or equivalent).
• Hands-on Power BI experience; Tableau/Looker helpful; strong data presentation.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills; statistics/modeling a plus.
• Experience with digital media analytics tools (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Advanced Excel, SQL/Python/R a plus; tag management and coding experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own dashboards and visualizations; ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Lead reporting deliverables and collaborate with local and offshore teams.
• Extract data from multiple platforms; perform data hygiene and QA.
• Ensure data governance and taxonomy adherence across reports.
• Support data integration with BI teams and Data Operations; document processes.
• Mentor analysts; drive continuous improvement in data quality and efficiency.
• Support data architecture discussions to optimize reporting delivery and availability.
