Transsion in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a data analytics professional to drive commercial insights through BI tools and analytical models. You will analyze Sell-In/Sell-Out data, track market share, and build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to inform Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Strong SQL/Python skills and English at B2 level are required. Expect a data-driven role with collaboration across teams, focus on data quality, and the ability to deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable

Formación

• Previous experience in roles related to data analysis, business intelligence, commercial analysis, or similar positions.
• Experience in FMCG, technology, mobile telecommunications, or retail companies, preferably working with high-volume products.
• Experience with report automation and large databases is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze commercial performance by consolidating and evaluating Sell-In, Sell-Out, and Sell-Through data across different channels and regions.
• Monitor Market Share evolution, identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Design, update, and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools to visualize key indicators related to sales, inventory, pricing, and market positioning.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting key results, insights, and findings for the Commercial and Regional Management teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure analyses are aligned with business strategies and objectives.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy by validating information sources and maintaining consistency across reports.
• Identify consumer and market behavior patterns through statistical analysis and predictive models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor competitors, evaluating their performance, pricing, and commercial strategies.
• Propose improvements to data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to increase efficiency and agility.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses requested by management to support strategic projects and high-impact business decisions.
