InterScripts in Medellín is seeking a detail-oriented BI Developer/Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of BI or data analysis experience, strong SQL skills, and hands-on work with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable reports. This is a full‑time office-based role in Medellín.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or related roles.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to business teams.
• Optimize and maintain database queries and data models.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
• Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests.
• Document processes, data flows, and reporting logic.
