Nearshore Business Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead B2B SaaS deployments remotely, aligning with US ET hours. You will guide customers through 90-day onboarding, configure systems, migrate data, and design workflows to drive quick value and adoption.

The role emphasizes project leadership, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on training, with a focus on efficient go-lives and scalable deployment resources.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proven project management skills with multiple implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities with data structuring in Excel/Sheets.
• Experience gathering business requirements and mapping workflows.
• Change and stakeholder management to drive adoption.
• Ability to troubleshoot API/integration challenges.

Responsabilités

• Lead full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
• Analyze processes and configure workflows for clients.
• Coordinate data migration of vendors, budgets, and catalogs.
• Manage scope, risks, milestones, and blockers across teams.
• Deliver customer training and build deployment playbooks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, QA, and Engineering.
