Aktos is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to lead complex, multi-month implementations. In this role, you'll manage projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure customer success in adopting new software.

The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise SaaS implementations and possess strong project management and communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary between $40K–$60K USD per year along with meaningful equity opportunities.

Formación

• 1–3 years experience in SaaS onboarding or project management including long onboarding programs.
• Strong project management skills and experience with risk management.
• Basic SQL skills and comfort with technical troubleshooting.

• Manage 3+ month onboarding programs, ensuring timely implementations.
• Lead stakeholder management and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
