Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to configure and deploy software on client sites or remotely. You will deliver technical and project information for proposals and run customer workshops to refine product requirements.

Training end-users and administrators will be part of the role to ensure proficient usage. The position involves hands-on installations, ongoing skill development, and precise administration to meet regulatory standards and project plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL language is a preference.
• Experience and a strong interest in software implementation and process management is required.
• Experience within GRC, application functionality technical IT subjects and products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements and configures the software within the project plan.
• Installation and technical setup at client site or via remote connection.
• Delivers functional, technical or project information to sales for proposals or documents.
• Provides customer workshops to define detailed product requirements.
• Trains end-users and administrators to achieve well-trained users.
• Performs administrative tasks and keeps information precise and compliant with regulations.
