Uptalent.io is seeking a B2B Business Development or Sales Executive with familiarity in the AEC sector to generate high-quality leads for our remote talent services. This is a partnership-focused role offering commissions for successful conversions and opportunities to move into a core role with performance.

You will identify potential clients, warm up leads, and coordinate with our team to convert opportunities into paying engagements, with uncapped earning potential and flexible scheduling.

Formación

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Knowledge of the engineering, architecture, and/or construction sectors.
• Track record of generating leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and value-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, approach, and qualify potential clients who could benefit from remote architectural and engineering talent.
• Warm up leads by understanding their needs and positioning Uptalent.io as a solution.
• Ensure leads are well-suited for conversion with a clear path to becoming paying clients.
• Optionally collaborate with the sales team to finalize conversions.
