The Global Talent Co. is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer with a Paid Search focus to join our in-house team. This remote-friendly role covers Google Ads and broader paid media (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X/Twitter, TikTok) for global campaigns, emphasizing lead generation and talent acquisition across markets.

You will own keyword and bidding strategies, optimize campaigns, and partner with Creative to deliver high-performing ads. Remote, international collaboration is core to this role.

Formación

• 3–6 years managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Meta or LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytics using GA, Looker Studio or similar.
• Experience across international markets.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Own keyword and bidding strategies for high-quality leads.
• Test new platforms like Reddit, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
• Develop campaign lifecycle from targeting to reporting.
• Collaborate with Creative to improve ad assets.
• Track KPI like CPL, CPA, and ROAS; provide insights.
• Build dashboards and report to leadership.
• Stay updated on platform changes and trends.
• A/B test headlines, creatives, landing pages.
