We seek a Growth Manager to drive business development, lead generation, and client acquisition, executing outbound and inbound strategies to fuel revenue growth and strategic partnerships across industries.

You will own growth initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a seamless client experience in a remote environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth-focused roles in B2B services.
• Hands-on experience with outbound strategies, including prospecting and cold outreach.
• Ability to create and execute inbound strategies, such as content and lead nurturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching markets, analyzing trends, and targeting high-value prospects.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from leads to closing and onboarding new clients.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand reach and visibility.
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to refine growth strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to align growth initiatives with company goals and ensure client success.
• Execute outbound and inbound strategies to generate qualified leads and convert prospects.
