Job summary

Booth is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional. You will manage the AP mailbox, process invoices with OCR validation, and ensure timely approvals and payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, reconcile statements, and support month-end close in a fast-paced remote environment. Strong Excel and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or college diploma required.
• Minimum 4 years in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and accounting principles.
• Excel skills with Vlookup, Pivot, and formulas.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong written & verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Accounts Payable mailbox, prioritize and organize daily.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
• Manage invoice logs in the Invoice Solution system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
• Process non-inventory and inventory bills following FIFO.
• Validate invoices after OCR and obtain approvals prior to payment.
• Solve complex issues with analytical judgment.
• Follow SOPs and SLAs.
• Request statements from vendors and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Respond to vendor inquiries within a 24-hour SLA.
• Perform administrative duties and ad hoc projects.
• Prepare reports tracking KPIs.
• Assist with month-end close tasks.
• Manage vendors paid by Credit Card and complex vendor accounts.
