Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage high-volume supplier invoices, perform 2-/3-way matching, and ensure accurate posting to ledgers across multiple entities. The role emphasizes strong service levels, collaboration with global stakeholders, and continuous improvement within a global AP function.

The candidate will support payment runs, maintain internal controls, and assist with audits while contributing to SOP documentation and process standardisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a shared service centre or multi-entity finance environment.
• High attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Business-level English required.
• Ability to handle high transaction volumes and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with global stakeholders.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems (SAP/AX or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume supplier invoices and credit notes in line with policy.
• Perform 2-way and 3-way matching against POs and goods receipts.
• Code, approve, and post invoices to the correct legal entity and ledger codes.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with procurement, budget holders, and suppliers.
• Provide best-in-class service to internal and external stakeholders via Zendesk AP mailboxes.
• Support payment runs and adherence to schedules and controls.
• Assist audits by providing documentation and explanations as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and standardisation.
• Contribute to SOP documentation and knowledge sharing.
