Job summary

Huge seeks an Associate Director of Analytics & Insights to lead measurement and optimization of digital assets, national media, and marketing programs. You will analyze data and derive insights to guide critical marketing decisions, partnering with strategy, creative, and program teams to improve performance.

You will manage a small analytics team, contribute to client deliverables, and develop materials for proposals and SOWs, while leveraging advanced analytics tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Storytelling with data and clear communication.
• Demonstrated leadership empowering teams.
• Familiar with website, online advertising, social media analytics.
• Experience in test design (A/B, MVT) and statistics basics.
• Familiar with Sysomos and Radian6.
• Ability to craft reporting templates and presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver analytics recommendations.
• Manage a small team of analysts and oversee project budgets.
• Consult with clients on analytics platform selection and implementation.
• Develop analytics materials for pitches, RFIs, and SOWs.
