Huge is seeking an Associate Director of Analytics & Insights to lead measurement and optimization of major digital assets and national marketing programs. You will analyze data to derive actionable insights and collaborate with strategy, creative, and client teams to drive performance.

You will manage a small team of analysts, shaping reporting, dashboards, and recommendations, while ensuring successful delivery of client engagements and impact across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related profession.
• If degree is held, professional license must be presented.

Responsabilités

• Measure and optimize high-profile digital assets (site and mobile app) and national media programs.
• Analyze data and develop insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Partner with internal strategy, creative, and program teams and clients to optimize creatives and measure success.
• Lead and manage a small team of analysts; oversee project budgets and staffing.
