• Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least two years in similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO to align company strategy with analyst performance.
• Accelerate through the learning curve to master industry-specific knowledge and operational frameworks.
• Progressively assume comprehensive managerial authority, demonstrating leadership maturity and decision-making autonomy.
• Guide team members through organizational transitions while maintaining operational continuity.
• Co-author and validate comprehensive project plans, staffing strategies, and technical documentation.
• Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Serve as the critical bridge between the CEO's vision and team execution—anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and driving alignment.
