Auxis LLC in Bogotá seeks an Analytics Lead to steer a team of analytics engineers, delivering trusted data products, semantic models, and self-service analytics that turn enterprise data into actionable insight. You will define the analytics roadmap, champion data literacy, govern AI-ready data, and partner with the Head of Data & Analytics to maximize business value across the organization.

Lead engineering standards, drive AI-enabled data preparation, and manage executive stakeholder

Formación

10+ years of leadership in analytics delivery and BI/insight products.
3+ years in leadership or team-lead roles.
Proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade analytics with governance and data quality.
Strong SQL and Python for data validation and analytics.

Responsabilidades

Strategy, Roadmap & Service Ownership aligning analytics with enterprise strategy.
Define analytics services and tiered offerings with measurable value.
Governance, data quality, lineage, and metadata for analytics outputs.
Lead analytics engineers and define operating model and career paths.
