Provectus IT, Inc. is seeking an Alliance Operations Analyst to own day-to-day partner portals, track opportunities and funding, and keep sales, marketing, and alliances in sync. You will turn data into clear dashboards and provide actionable insights to leadership.

You will thrive in a remote-friendly, fast-paced environment, coordinating with AWS and Anthropic teams, and shaping plays from idea to execution with strong attention to detail.

Formación

• Hands-on ownership of a partner, vendor, or client-facing portal or system of record.
• Strong organization and relentless follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• A self-starter attitude—proactive and communicative.
• Comfort with data and reporting—turning numbers into a story.
• Personal AI adoption—uses AI tools (Claude preferable).
• Enjoys structure, documentation, and clarity in complexity.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and collaboration tools like Slack.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain partner portals: AWS Partner Central and Anthropic’s Euler portal, opportunities, fund requests, listings.
• Produce dashboards and reports showing AWS-influenced revenue, opportunities, and funding.
• Document and streamline workflows across sales, marketing, and alliances; chase inputs and close loops.
• Draft internal briefs and translate insights into partner-ready formats; connect sales, marketing, and alliances.
