Provectus is seeking an Alliance Operations Analyst to own day-to-day partner portal operations, funding statuses, and listings across AWS and Anthropic ecosystems. You will ensure data accuracy, drive reporting, and keep sales, marketing, and alliances in sync.

You will build trustworthy dashboards, track opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional workflows to accelerate pipeline and funded initiatives. Strong English, automation mindset, and comfort with AI tools are valued.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication; you’ll work with AWS and Anthropic partner teams.
• Strong organization and relentless follow-through; you don’t let things fall through the cracks.
• Comfort with data and reporting; you enjoy turning numbers into a clear story and learning new tools fast.
• Ability to work independently while communicating often and keeping stakeholders aligned.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain partner portals and systems of record to ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and timely.
• Collect, organize, and report metrics showing Alliances impact and revenue influence.
• Create clear dashboards and partner-ready reports from inputs across teams; track trends.
• Document and improve internal workflows; chase inputs and close loops on actions and SLAs.
• Help operationalize new alliance plays from idea to execution and flag issues early.
