Antenna is a remote-first data and analytics leader for the U.S. subscription economy. We seek a Manager, Commercial Ops to own deal desk, pricing, forecasting, and AI-driven workflows that enable fast, clean deals and clear leadership updates.

You’ll own data hygiene, lifecycle definitions, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal. Work from anywhere during US business hours with equity and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years in revenue operations or commercial ops
• Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tooling
• Hands-on with AI-driven workflows for reporting and forecasting
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, CS, Marketing and Legal

Responsabilidades

• Own deal desk operations end to end: pricing guidance and deal structuring
• Maintain contracting standards and collaborate on approvals
• Own pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, and forecasting inputs
• Manage commercial OKRs and surface risks to leadership
• Develop data hygiene, lead routing, and lifecycle definitions with teams
• Identify and implement AI-driven workflows across commercial motions
• Contribute to sales materials and account planning
• Drive internal reporting and communications across the org
