Provectus is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join client engagements across Financial Services, Insurance, and Healthcare. You will work inside customer operations, build production-grade AI solutions, and own the outcomes from first principles.

You will spend weeks in the operator’s seat to understand the real work, then rebuild processes with senior stakeholders. The role emphasizes hands-on coding while owning the solution end-to-end.

Formación

• 8+ years of software development with hands-on production code.
• Willing to spend weeks in the operator’s seat to understand the job before coding.
• Able to learn new domains quickly and argue with domain experts.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not just demos.
• Experience with eval suites for non-deterministic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Spend initial weeks in the operator’s seat to learn client workflows.
• Rebuild functions from first principles in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Own the method and deliver end-to-end outcomes in client engagements.
• Collaborate with BU heads and CTO during redesign discussions.
• Work embedded in the customer team with autonomy and accountability.
