The Global Talent Co. is seeking a GTM Engineer to architect and scale the systems powering growth. This high-ownership role works directly with the founders; you will be building a new revenue stack from the ground up.

You'll own end-to-end GTM workflows, integrate tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, and turn product and user data into actionable growth signals across the customer journey.

• About the Role

The Global Talent Co. is building the world's most AI-fluent talent network — and we need a GTM Engineer to architect the systems that power our growth. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role working directly with the founders. You won't be managing an existing stack. You'll be building one.

What You'll Own

• Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product
• Build AI agents and workflows that automate key parts of the funnel
• Orchestrate tools like Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified revenue system
• Turn product and user data into actionable growth signals
• Design intelligent workflows — lead scoring, routing, outbound triggers, onboarding flows
• Define how AI is used across the entire customer lifecycle
• Partner with founders on growth strategy, experiments, and priorities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building systems that directly impacted growth or revenue
• Strong systems thinker with an end-to-end mindset
• Experience building workflows using APIs, automation tools, or code
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools, agents, or LLM‑powered workflows
• High ownership — you move from idea to measurable impact fast

You're a Great Fit If

• You've built internal tools or automations that became critical to a business
• You understand how sales, marketing, and product interact in practice
• You thrive in ambiguous, high‑leverage environments over narrow, well‑defined roles

Technical Proficiency Expected

• CRM platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce
• Automation tools: n8n, Zapier, Make
• LLM APIs and AI agent frameworks
• Light Python or scripting for custom integrations
• Familiarity with data pipelines and analytics
