A leading technology firm in Colombia seeks an experienced AI Consultant (Lead) to drive AI projects for clients. You will leverage your 5+ years of AI/ML experience to develop generative and predictive AI solutions, collaborate with teams, and ensure seamless client interaction. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a self-starter mentality, fostering innovation in a competitive environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of AI/ML experience with proven delivery of predictive and generative AI solutions.
• Demonstrated consulting experience, including client-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to present to executives and explain technical concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with sales teams to identify client needs and participate in sales calls.
• Collaborate with clients to define AI roadmaps and prioritize use cases.
• Design and lead proof-of-concepts using Generative and Predictive AI.
• Act as a strategic advisor for AI integration into client products.
• Contribute to proposals, workshops, and AI adoption initiatives.
