BairesDev in a fully remote role seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) to design and deploy multi-step agentic systems for real-world clients. You will drive production-ready AI solutions and ensure seamless integration with customer environments.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Software/AI engineering, hands-on with LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen, strong Python and transformer knowledge, and excellent English. Join a global team delivering impactful technology.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience designing multi-step agentic systems and autonomous agents.
• Hands-on with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Proficiency in Python and transformer architectures.
• Experience with agent orchestration and observability for long-running workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement agentic workflows with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen.
• Develop multi-agent coordination strategies and orchestration layers.
• Enable autonomous decision-making and tool calling in AI systems.
• Optimize agent performance and reliability with observability.
